Our Pre-Prep School is housed in the Early Learning Village, a sector-leading environment designed to be light and airy and which makes the best use of natural materials. The design teams responsible for the look and feel of the building achieved their belief of creating a world-class facility in line with the Reggio Emilia philosophy. This pedagogy aligns to the best practice of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage and to our own commitment to child-centred, constructivist and experiential learning.
Our classrooms have our children at the heart and so, you will see doors and windows at their height, every learning resource within their reach and special design features, such as tunnels, which inspire them to explore.
Each classroom has direct child-friendly access to fenced in outdoor play space which is equipped with a range of learning resources. The classrooms for younger children all have their own in-floor sandpits.
As you walk around the Early Learning Village you will encounter a vast array of beautifully designed outdoor play spaces which are sure to ignite a spark within each and every child and to encourage creative play.
The specialist facilities available, including a sports hall, Art Room and a learn-to-swim swimming pool, ensure our children are offered a curriculum that is broad and varied whilst still within the protection of one building which houses children of the same age range.
The Early Learning Village also provides access to a fully-staffed medical centre and Parent Café.
