To mark World Book Day, our pupils have celebrated a love of reading by taking on Extreme Reading challenges, swapping stories in the ReadCycle Book Swap, and getting creative with imaginative costumes. The school was alive with book-loving excitement, from storytelling sessions to engaging library challenges and a buzzing Book Fair.
A huge thank you to our pupils, parents, and teachers for making this celebration such a success. Together, we have not only nurtured a love of reading but also embraced the spirit of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. 🌍💚

Our annual #PinkShirtDay is here, and our community is united in taking a stand against bullying.
Last week, we celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Week, and our pupils have been making a conscious effort to spread kindness around the school. It has been wonderful to see them holding doors open for one another, showing kindness on the playground, and making our school an even kinder place to be.
Let`s continue to uplift one another and make every day a #PinkShirtDay in our actions and words. 💕

Last week, our Senior School pupils had the privilege of welcoming two Brighton parents who volunteered their time to share about their expertise.
During science class, our pupils attended an engaging and insightful presentation by Dr. Yasmin Chamberlain, MBChB, MRCP (UK) on the importance of kidneys in medicine. Dr. Chamberlain shared her journey into the medical profession, emphasising the rewards of becoming a doctor, from problem-solving to patient care. This interactive speech sparked great enthusiasm from Year 9 pupils and will be followed by further class sessions to dissect and further investigate the inner workings of the kidney.
Our Entrepreneurship programme was supported by Mr Jod Gill, who shared valuable insights on the art of selling and presenting, emphasizing the importance of solving clients’ problems and actively listening to their needs. Pupils were particularly interested in the SPIN technique, which helps structure sales conversations effectively, and learned how to exude confidence when presenting and closing a deal. Most importantly, he encouraged everyone to stay true to themselves when speaking to an audience—an essential lesson for any aspiring entrepreneur.
Thank you to our wonderful guest speakers for your engaging sessions and we are delighted to have our Brighton parents be a part of pupil enrichment.
